Enjoyed our time, the staff were all smiling and friendly and, we will consider returning in future.

Although there was a lot of work being carried out near the Hotel, it was not inconvenient for us and, we were able to get around easily. The bed was very comfortable.

The shower head had a mind of it's own, due to the fact the connection was loose. The lampshades were very old and needed updating.

air conditioner issues, it has noise level,and Room was warm,and we have to make our move all the way down frm 3rd floor, at 1am to complain to the staff. Lucky we was given another room. The 2nd room is fine...but the only problm,the air conditioning controller only able to sets at temperature of 17 to 20. Its was too cold. Room should be check, properly especially..and air conditioner should be well maintained before letting guest in. We are paying for the stay to be comfortable..

The mattress is too uncomfortable. I think its high time to invest in new better mattresses. Couldnt sleep properly as the mattress is too low and uncomfortable. Staff is efficient to give us a room as we checked in abit late.

clean, friendly budget hotel

friendly, helpful staff and clean facilities that worked properly (the shower especially... very important. the shower head seemed quite new and sprayed the water in the right direction and at a good pressure. oh, and the shower drains properly too, AND it is roomy and has a sliding door so the water doesnt get everywhere. it's nicely containered within the shower cubicle. plus you don't have moldy, plastic shower curtains sticking to you as you're trying to stay clean. bonus)! the beds are very firm, but I don't mind that. they don't dip, which is the main thing. also, the pillows are comfortable and the linen appears to be changed every day. no heavy blankets (which are not needed in Singapore anyway). couldn't ask for more given that it's a budget hotel. the staff were amazing too. did I mention that?

location isn't very convenient to MRT, but you cant have everything! the location was good in other ways (close to shops, the beach, etc.). cant complain...

Location ok.

Room did not have access to natural light, windows were cordoned off with cardboard in an odd manner, probably room also not well ventilated, upon entering was greeted with a strong sewage smell (QUITE UNBEARABLE) emitting from toilet and room. Fixtures were old and seem to be needing change. The whole compound was very dusty, my companion had bad allergic reactions. Facilities: Little to none. Establishment could consider placing an extra cabinet next to electric ports or switches as boiling water at the ONLY available electric source - in the kettle next to the toilet and on the grimey wall/dusty floor was really unhygienic, to say the least. All in all, experience was even worse than some of the Budget rooms out there

The staff are very attentive and during my stay there was little people traffic which kept the place quiet. You can take a bus to and from the airport to this hotel.

I have stayed here before. It is a little away from Orchard Road but the bus and Uber/Grab service those concerns.

Dass überall Plastik angeboten wird, in Form von Wasserflaschen und Zahnbürsten undsoweiter, es gibt auch Hotels, die das nicht mehr machen, angesichts des Plastikproblems überall...

„nicht zu empfehlen

Das Zimmer war leider keineswegs sauber, es hat mehr als unangenehm gerochen, scheinbar Teppichboden und das Bettgestell welches mit Stoff überzogen war. Die Klimaanlage war einfach nur störend laut. Nachts bekamen wir kaum ein Auge zu durch den Lärm der Klima, oder weil es ohne unerträglich heiß war, da es nur ein ganz kleines Minifenster gab- dazu kam dass scheinbar alle Abflüsse zusammen laufen, sodass immer wenn jemand nachts die Toilette benutze wir senkrecht im Bett standen und wir scheinbar ein Zimmer neben der Küche hatten, wo es ab morgens im 5 rund ging, also nichts mit erholen vom Stadt erkunden ... leider ist das Hotel auch sehr weit vom Schuss, sodass man lange Fahrten mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln in Kauf nehmen muss. Alles in allem würde ich es nicht weiterempfehlen. Gut dass es für uns nur 3 Nächte Übergang bis zur Weiterreise war ... Auch für wenig Geld erwarte ich dass es sauber ist !
